Worst Experience I’ve Ever had dealing with a business

This establishment was plagued with cleanliness issues, from dirty sheets to unkempt common areas. Rude staff interactions only compounded the frustration. The overall ambiance felt unwelcoming, and the malfunctioning amenities made the stay unbearable. I strongly advise against staying here if you value quality service and a clean environment.

The evening's troubles were overshadowed by Jeevan's kindness at the front desk, but the dirty linens and closed pool significantly marred our experience.

The staff was unbelievably unhelpful during check-in. I arrived after a long drive only to be told I couldn’t check in due to age restrictions, despite providing all necessary documentation. After hours of waiting and dealing with incompetent staff, my plans were completely ruined, not to mention my girlfriend's birthday was spoiled.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel while visiting Six Flags Great Adventure. The room was spacious enough for our family, and having a fridge made it super easy to store snacks for our two little kids. Overall, a convenient location for fun outings.

In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom could use better cleaning. It would be great to have a kid-friendly pool area.

we really loved how close we were to Ronan Shirvanian Park, just a 10-minute walk away, and enjoyed visiting Franklin Lake, which was about a 15-minute walk, perfect for our weekend strolls. the rooms were clean and provided a good place to rest after our explorations, making it a solid choice for a city getaway.

Family with children nightmare experience

Honestly, there was a bright spot when I encountered the night shift guy on staff. The Indian guy was the only one who treated me like a person and actually helped me.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but the experience was unacceptable nonetheless.

This hotel was just a commendable fit for exploring town in West Long Branch with all in all brilliant value for money. The breakfast had a nice variety, which was great to start the day, despite the long waits. Try to request extra towels early if you need them to avoid delays.

The hotel had clean and updated rooms, which was a plus. However, the check-in process was frustrating due to incorrect pricing and a lack of communication from staff. While convenient to my family, the customer service experience could definitely be improved.
